Following your treatment care must be taken to avoid the following:
* alcohol and heavy meals for 24 hours
* operation of heavy machinery for 24 hours
* undertake any other treatments within 48 hours
* do not use sunbeds/saunas or be in direct sunlight for 48 hours
If having a facial as part of your treatment, care must be taken to avoid the following:
* do not undertake any other skincare treatments with 48 hours
* do not apply exfoliating products for 48 hours
You SHOULD increase your intake of water, stay relaxed and warm
