A: A detailed assessment will be taken together with any medical information and a description of the treatment to be undertaken. This is strictly confidential and is maintained by way of a record card. I will also advise whether the treatment which you wish is suitable. Any questions you have regarding the treatment will be dealt with at that time - normally 15-20 mins after which the session is commenced.

If you have booked an eye lash perm session a patch test will need to be carried out 24 hours in advance of the first session to ensure you do not suffer any reaction.
